Drop -In for success (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2013_240)

£35,605

This new peer-led two year project aims to employ two part-time staff from the Drug and Alcohol Community in Torquay with the aim of ensuring that the group always has someone available to meet and greet new members and support them to maintain their recovery through information, opportunities to join in what's on offer at the drop-in or take up volunteering. It will provide the service two evenings during the week and one day session on weekends. 200 people will benefit in total and at least 30-40 people will attend weekly. Local people from the recovery community are at the heart of all the initiatives this project aims to address and achieve.
