A new two-year project to run weekly two hour yoga sessions for older people with disabilities living in sheltered housing in the Fairwater area of Cardiff. The aim is to use yoga to improve balance and confidence and reduce the incidence of falls. 60 people will benefit with 12 attending regularly. Participants will lead the project as part of the organisation's management committee.
