The Chrysalis project is a new, two-year project based in Worcester that will provide wellbeing related activities including a walk and talk group, group meetings, a women-only swimming group, a lunch club and social and recreational activities, such as bingo evenings or themed cookery. The purpose of these sessions is to encourage service users to inform and influence the services they are accessing and to address isolation and provide peer support. The target beneficiary group is women with mental health issues.
