Westbourne Refugee Mums Friendship Project (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2015_68)

£31,200

This two-year project takes existing strands of activity delivered by the organisation and brings them together to form one initiative. The project will bring together refugee mothers from different communities, ethnic groups and faiths living in Westbourne Park (North Westminster) and deliver three sessions per week that improve community cohesion, increase English language skills and promote positive parenting skills. Local refugee mothers will be supported to form the project’s steering group which will meet monthly.
