Reaching out to the ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia Community (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2016_1)

This project built on an existing idea and offered a range of events and meetings throughout the Sheffield area for people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Fibromyalgia so they have the opportunity to meet each other. These events included benefit workshops, art and craft therapy, and benefit clinics, awareness and information for self-help and management of the illness, seated Tai Chi, Support meetings, and speaker events, mindfulness events, and speaker support meetings.
