Unique Feet (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2017_117)

£16,908

This two-year project delivered a weekly activity group for families who have a child with a rare disease. All children came from across Cambridgeshire and were aged 6-16; they were accompanied by a parent or carer. There were also a series of trips and one off activities during school holidays. The project helped decrease isolation by supporting children and their families to meet up, socialise and together form a supportive community. The project was led by a management committee of parents and children.
