This two-year project enabled Aberdeen Action on Disability to resource and strengthen some of the informal socialising that had begun amongst the adults using its services. The project ran two activity groups each week from its premises in Aberdeen; with themes decided by participants, such as a book club and a retro gaming group. The groups were a great opportunity for people with physical and/or sensory disabilities to come together to share experiences and make friends.
