HIV Peer Support (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2019_80)

£5,000

This 12-month project provides a peer-support and mentoring group with dance and arts and crafts activities for adults in Birmingham living with or affected by HIV. The group aims to tackle social and emotional isolation which can result from stigma related to HIV and supports members to live the best lives they can with their friends, family and wider communities. The group is peer-led and run by member-volunteers with regular group discussions where all can feed back.
