This 15-month project aims to enhance provision at Noddfa Community Centre in Port Talbot by employing a Development Worker. The participants will be people of all ages from Noddfa and neighbouring communities in the Upper Afan Valley. The programme aims to provide them with affordable and meaningful opportunities for social interaction and help reduce any isolation among local people. Participants will be able to shape the project by joining a user forum that the Development Worker will set up and by completing questionnaires.
