Get Togethers and Activities for Disabled people and Unpaid Carers (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2021_34)

This one-year project continues to engage disabled people and their families in South Ockendon in Thurrock to reduce isolation by getting together regularly to talk, meet new people, share experiences, hear from local service providers and raise issues that affect them. Activities such as cooking sessions and stress relief focus on wellbeing and community skill building while providing support for members to develop and lead on plans for activities.
