This two-year project offers a range of activities for residents of the Fallside estate in Bellshill, a small town in North Lanarkshire. The aim is to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy activities in order to gain skills, build social connections, bridge generational and territorial divides and build community spirit. Existing activities include cookery, including time to cook and eat together, fitness classes, arts and crafts, computer skills, board games and sessions to bring younger and older people together to socialise; new activities include gardening, horse riding and swimming.
