Mama's drop-in and peer support project (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-2023_132)

£10,767

This two-year project aims to reduce isolation experienced by people seeking asylum and refugees who arrive in the UK by bringing together pregnant and new mum refugees and people seeking asylum in Cardiff. Weekly drop-in sessions provide peer-led activities such as yoga and creative activities, hot meals, food bank vouchers, information from partner organisations and referral support. In addition, there is outreach support to address other issues affecting the participants.
