This two-year project provides opportunities for outdoor nature experiences for South Asian women with mental health problems living in Old Trafford, Manchester. These women are often vulnerable, isolated, unaware of available mainstream services and have very limited or no access to local green spaces. Activities include cycling, walking and gardening. The project aims to improve confidence, decrease isolation and improve mental health.
