Seeding Change (360G-PeoplesHealthTrust-7385)

£36,350

Building on Birch Collective’s main activities, this two-year project works with people aged 16-25 in Bristol who are experiencing mental health problems and social isolation. It particularly focuses on those who are not in education, employment, or training from areas experiencing a high level of disadvantage. Through activities including weekly nature sessions, residential trips and a forest school it will increase their practical skills and confidence, build a peer support community and improve physical and mental wellbeing. A steering and action group will foster ownership of local green spaces and empowerment among participants.
