Safety4Sisters North West will, through a two-day staff residential event, engage in team building exercises, reflect on personal and professional development and the organisation's future. It will provide all staff with external mentoring and coaching support delivered by Black and minoritised women mentors/coaches. S4S will also backfill an advocate's time, so they can dedicate two days a week to building networks, partnerships, collective campaigns, and referral pathways with local, regional and national sister organisations, and key stakeholders.
