Funding for an additional 18 hours per week for a current part-time VAWG Refuge Advocate to respond to the increased demand for crisis accommodation and higher number of agency referrals since Covid-19 lockdown. The grant will support 15 additional places in crisis accommodation, and provide a range of services for both BME women in the refuge and women who are not housed by the Centre. Funding will also support women with NRPF identified by the Angelou Centre as requiring help with food, hygiene, travel, and other urgent needs.
