The proposed refocusing of our project builds on our learning from the pilot phase which includes the need to: * do more to address the needs of clients with chaotic lifestyles * address client cooking skills * address isolation * work trough a broader agency partnership to achieve more flexible service delivery. The key outcomes for us will be: * heightened awareness, usage and partner commitment to the Toot-for-Fruit service * the number of vulnerable households assisted * number of clients reporting new skills * number of clients reporting healthier eating habits * number of clients reporting reduced isolation * reduced food wastage.
