Recipient Org: Description Established in 1997, ReBOOT operates a reuse and recycling service to businesses and households across the north of Scotland. Hardware coming to ReBOOT will be either recycled or reused after inspection and testing. All recycled hardware is managed in line with SEPA regulations, and refurbished / reused hardware is either sold at affordable prices in our local sales outlet or donated to the non-profit / more-than-profit organisations or disadvantaged individuals via our network of referrals including the local council, schools and other charities / social enterprises. ReBOOT work with 35+ volunteers from mixed backgrounds and anywhere up to 6 trainees, all co-ordinated by a staff team of 6. We offer hands on skills training to long-term unemployed and work experience placements.
