During Phase 1 (18 months) of a programme to support women's organisations, including those run by and for minoritised women, to enhance local responses to domestic and economic abuse, the grant will cover the cost of an Economic Abuse Specialist and an independent consultant to develop a framework and tools for monitoring, evaluation and learning.
