During the last 6 months we have helped thousands of older people with: Free food parcels (over 1000 meals) Online exercise classes Friendly Phone Calls Free Knitting service Free Meds collection Mental Health service Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (free taster sessions for those older people with a recent diagnosis of dementia) Toe Nail Cutting service
