Recipient Org: Charity Number 1116381
Recipient Org: Description We are a Down Syndrome Support charity working directly with children and young people, their parent/carers and all professionals who may become involved from health, education and social care. We offer, direct family support, children and young people events and activities and training, advice and support to education and health care settings. Over the last year we have been able to expand our services by opening up a second office in Bristol and bringing on-line a dedicated post-16 service to fill an identified gap in not only our provisions but that of the local authority. This achievement is built off the back of our success in Somerset as we have been able to draw on our experience, data and robust outputs and outcomes that have been achieved over the last 6 years.
