Recipient Org: Description | Our aims are based upon developing the disabled peoples potential to exceed their ambitions by making them feel equal to their peers. Enabling disabled people by offering the opportunity of work experience, training, workplace social integration, improving literacy and numeracy skills and employment opportunities. To do this we produce a collection of artisan jams, marmalades, pickles and chutneys which are then sold locally and further afield. We attend many local events throughout the year selling our produce to the public. As a not for profit organisation we re-invest any profit that we make back into the company to support the training needs of our volunteers and employees. |
