The Grow Project works with adults with mental health issues in the greater Brighton & Hove area. Funding was provided to enable the group to run 2 x 8 week courses called 'The Season'. Groups of 12 participants will travel from central Brighton to the National Trust’s Saddlecombe Farm or other locations in the South Downs and carry out a wide range of activities to suit mood, energy level, physical ability and interest.
