We deliver a comprehensive and evidence based Mentored home cooking programme to people in their own homes. This supports them to be able to cook tasty, healthy and affordable food for good so a route out of food insecurity. Outcomes are improved physical and mental health, improved diets and people can make significant financial savings for good. The programme is inclusive and accessible as reaches those who are often excluded from in person community activities.
