Recipient Org: Description Founded in 1992, CPC provides confidential, expert, therapy for people aged 16 + in Hastings at times of crisis, stress, change, pain, trauma or loss. Our principal ethos is to offer high quality therapy to anyone who needs it regardless of ability to pay. We train students (our volunteers) and newly qualified counsellors as well as providing a comprehensive programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This ensures the quality of our empathic, person-centred, 1:1 therapy with vulnerable people remains highly effective. CPC is a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists
