To provide intensive capacity-building support to five charities in the Seafarers grant portfolio through expert business consultancy. This will equip them with the tools, insight, and confidence to strengthen leadership, governance, and strategy. In turn, they will be better placed to deliver vital services more effectively and sustainably, enabling more vulnerable seafarers and their families to access timely, targeted support.
