Recipient Org: Description We support disabled adults and young people, people living with dementia and people with mental ill-health. They often face difficulty with everyday activities and can end up feeling isolated and cut off. Our activities support their wellbeing by helping them feel happy, connected and valued. We help them develop the skills and confidence to connect with others and have more of a say in the things that matter to them. Activities include accessible music and movement groups, with an emphasis on social interaction; creative and therapeutic sensory activities; and opportunities for disabled adults and young people to become workshop leaders.
