Recipient Org: Description 4Youth provides Youth Clubs for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 11-18 years, Children and Young People aged 10 to 18 years, SEND activities for 16-25 year olds; Detached Youth work, Counselling for young people, Youth Mentoring 15-19 years - to aid transition from school to employment and/or further education in Melksham. In 2021, we are including Street Pastors focused on accessing and supporting young people in the community and LIstening Support for children and young people whose need falls below that of our counselling service. These services are all available in Melksham and the surrounding villages, based at The Canberra Centre. In addition to the Melksham services, 4Youth is operating some of these services in Atworth, Westbury and Chippenham.
