Power 2 develop programmes that help young people at key transition points in their lives. There will be three core elements to their approach to Advance: 1. The right people working on the programme; 2. Developing the right networks; 3. Delivering the right opportunities. This will help them formalise a flexible support intervention that is responsive to individual needs, enabling them to deliver the intended impact for each grant recipient. At the outset the core service will consist of: Individual Communications Induction meeting; Monthly personal touchpoint calls / meetings; monthly e-newsletter disseminating news and information; Power2 staff will support young people to access and facilitate appointments with university support services and access employment support and careers checking services; regular opportunities made available in person to young people; mentoring; signposting; exploration of the development of an e-portal for IAG Webinars.
