Programme costs: We will deliver our Core Programme of after-school debate clubs and our Accelerate Programme specifically for students disengaged with education and/or at risk of exclusion to four schools from November 2024 until June 2025. Our Core Programme comprises 14 weeks of after school debate clubs delivered for one hour per week and three weeks of national inter-school debate competitions. In addition to the Core Programme, we run Debate Mate Accelerate, an intervention programme that runs during curriculum time to help students identified by teachers as being disengaged with education and/or at risk of exclusion.
