Novel approaches to the cell biology of planar cell polarity. (360G-Wellcome-107060_Z_15_Z)
We research planar cell polarity, a vital property of epithelia in developing animals. Our two research questions approach deep and unanswered problems: 1. How are the Dachsous/Fat and Stan systems integrated? 2. How are the distributions of intercellular molecular bridges read, interpreted and acted upon?
