GAP Clean Air Hub grant (360G-cabinetoffice-G2-GA-202103173363-20-21)

The aim of this activity is to grant funding towards Global Action Plan’s “Clean Air Hub” and training of medical professionals as Air Quality Champions. The Clean Air Hub will be targeted at members of the public to provide information about air pollution, filling in the much needed gap identified mainly to do with what people can actually do about poor air quality, i.e. the action people can take. There is already information available about the level of air quality but not what people can actually do about it. The training of medical professionals as air quality champions will complement the Hub and will ensure information is disseminated and embedded within the wider medical teams and that patients who are most vulnerable will have direct access to the expert advice they need.
