Yorkshire Museum Trust (360G-cabinetoffice-G2-GA-202103226254-21-22)

Areas of work are the principal facade of the Yorkshire Museum and adjacent areas of the roof. The architect and contractor will use a MEWP to undertake a high-level inspection of the masonry and other elements of the fabric. This survey will inform the development of a full scope of repair to the principal facade, to be developed in detail by the architect under the present grant and then delivered as a subsequent repair project to this grant phase within the required timescales. The contractor will use the temporary access equipment to make holding repairs to the building fabric based on a scope to be agreed with the architect following the survey. This will prevent further deterioration of the fabric while the details of the development project are prepared
