To grant fund the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust to establish the governance, strategy and plan to deliver Stephen Lawrence Day in accord with the Prime Ministers announcement on the 25th anniversary of the murder of Stephen Lawrence, that there will be a national commemoration of Stephen to take place on 22nd April each year. It will be known as Stephen Lawrence Day. The anniversary of the 18-year-olds death will be a national commemoration of his life and legacy.
