To support front line charities to continue to deliver existing services to children and families - in particular for VAAs to continue to support prospective adopters in stages 1 and 2 of the adopter approval process and to continue the provision of support- both peer group and specialist support- to children and their families . The funding enabled VAAs to remain operational and continue service provision during the pandemic rather than close or furlough front line staff.
