This project addresses illegal wildlife trade affecting people and wildlife in the transboundary wildlife corridorbetween Amboseli and Kilimanjaro National Parks in Kenya and Tanzania. Covid-19 has impacted tourismrevenues, ranger patrols and community livelihoods - increasing pressure from IWT, exacerbated by humanwildlife conflict and threatening species including lion, giraffe, elephant and pangolin. In response this projectwill engage local women and youth as agents of change and nature guardians, strengthen livelihoods, andimprove community-led enforcement and cross-border collaboration
