Contribution to the costs of administering EU-TWIX. EU-TWIX is an on-line enforcement tool developed for wildlife law enforcers from European law enforcement agencies responsible for combatting wildlife crime. EU-TWIX allows for the exchange of intelligence between enforcement officials which can lead to investigations and prosecutions. EU-TWIX also has a database of European seizures; directories with information on rescue centres for seized animals, wildlife experts and information on values for wildlife items.
