This research will improve understanding of visual hallucinations among military veterans and refine management strategies to ensure individuals receive an accurate diagnosis and appropriate healthcare. The researchers will review practice patterns for veterans presenting with visual hallucinations, establish any differences in prevalence and symptomatology in visual hallucinations between veteran and civilian populations, and test a screening tool and therapeutic toolkit of behavioural interventions to provide respite during hallucinatory episodes.
