The grant fund to the FNF will facilitate the development of an end-to-end grant funding process for the 18 diaspora groups (i.e advertising, application, shortlisting, interviews, awarding funds and benchmarking progress, as well as regular progress updates to NHSEI)Providing results and evaluation of the grant programme to NHSEI Diaspora groups will benefit from a grant funding process that will enable them to receive funding to strengthen their pastoral support for international nurses arriving in the UK subject to criteria set by NHSEI
