UNIVERSAL CREDIT: HELP TO CLAIM (CITIZENS ADVICE) (360G-cabinetoffice-G2-GA-2023111118244-22-23)

£20,178,977
Recipient Organization

The 'Help to Claim (Telephony/Digital) support offer, in partnership with Citizens Advice (CA) directly replaces the previous Citizens Advice 'Help to Claim' partnership that has been providing support for all people (circa 250k people per year) to make a new claim to Universal Credit since April 2019. This support meets the Department's policy objective to ensure that as UC continues to roll out, those citizens that require extra help get the support they need to make a new claim to UC. This also support the HMT objective to build and increase claimants' financial resilience
