This is a demand-led programme budget, made up of budgets as follows: Funding for Exceptional costs (EAG), Admissions Appeals, Short Term Cash Advances and Recoveries.Exceptional costs funding is considered where funding is for costs that are not met by other budgets i.e., TUPE or Deficit Funding;Reimbursement of Admissions Appeals for costs incurred by academies over and above 20 appeals;Short term advances for short term cash flow issues (repayable within 12 months);Requests for funding against this budget are subject to business cases.
