The advice is expert and unbiased. Jisc provides bespoke advice to colleges on a commercial basis. At a more granular level, according to Jisc's website, its services, which are included the subscription that FE providers pay, are separated into six core services. Connectivity/ Trust and Identity/ Cyber Security/ Cloud/ Data Analytics/ Libraries, Learning and Support and Research.
