Funding to Responsible Bodies for: removal of RAAC planks within existing buildings and their replacement; demolition of an affected building (if costs are equal to, or less than, the costs of removing the RAAC or where it represents value for money to demolish); unavoidable consequential works resulting from the above works. The project must be delivered in compliance with all applicable statutory duties including relevant public procurement rules.
