This project will deliver a 9-month progressive falls prevention programme delivering postural stability instruction for people at risk of falling. Sessions would be held at 3 retirement living sites in Preston for adults aged over 55. 24 participants will take part. Funding is required for a Level 4 Postural Stability Instructor training course, coaches fees, transport and equipment.
