Tampon Tax Community Fund (360G-cabinetoffice-GA-199530)

Our expected outcomes for the project are that women will, through a positive learning experience, be able to look after their own well-being, become part of a peer-to-peer support group and in doing so improve their mental and physical health. The project uses a 'no blame' cleaner living approach that provides support to reach personal goals with out being accountable or too intense so that individuals with complex needs can progress without pressure or stress to become healthier and safer. Outcomes expected include: Participants feel better about themselves Women understand more about how the sexual violence has affected them Individuals have better coping skills and strategies Take better care of themselves, both physically and mentally Feel more in control of their emotions Number of survivors who showed positive change in one or more indicators
