Building Connections Fund (360G-cabinetoffice-GA-202576)

Partnership project with Cruse who work with people who have been bereaved. They will combine their existing Walking for Health group with the partner group Cruse who help bereaved people. They will try differing approaches to bring bereaved people together with walking activities using a referral system for the project. The organisation have a strong infrastructure in place to deliver this project and for the model is to be replicated across England. They have strong connections with relevant organisations.
