This is a demand led programme budget, made up of budgets as follows: funding for exceptional costs and admissions appeals, Popular Growth and Short Term Cash AdvancesExceptional Grant funding is considered where funding is for costs that are not met by other budgets i.e. TUPE or Deficit Funding.Popular Growth funding for non basic need.Short term advances for short term cash flow issues (repayable within 12 months).Requests for funding against this budget are subject to business cases.This budget is also used for the reimbursement of admissions appeals for costs incurred by Academies over and above 20 appeals.
