Building Connections Fund (360G-cabinetoffice-GA-496000)

Expansion project based in Faversham and Swale, which uses a community garden to deliver a range of therapeutic activities, peer support, training and skill building opportunities via horticulture, a community kitchen, cooking and nutrition classes, coffee cabin, craft activities and Mens Shed. The project will increase its opening hours and extend its reach to bereaved, carers and older men. The group is proactive and systematic in working with other community organisations to share learning and plans are in place to sustain the project.
