Recipient Org: Description Chipping Norton Skater Hockey club, is a community based roller hockey sports club. We provide the sport of roller hockey from beginners right through to league level. We cater for all age brackets from 3yrs old right through to people in their 50's. We teach the skills of playing hockey on inline blades. We have 5 teams (the Chippy Trixsters) of different ages, with developing teams to competitive teams, with the aspiration to aim high in their level of field, with the support of our coaches who work hard to build these skills. Our league teams play with BISHA, under the SASH region, with the aim to and aspiration to make it to national level and even European level. We also run a monthly roller disco , which is open to all age brackets in our local community. , this gives children and people a chance to have a go on the inline blades as well as reviving the long lost youth of roller skating for many adults.
