On top of the world (on top) is an ongoing project being a positive force in Hulme since 2015. Our main objective is to work and support older people in Hulme to lead healthier, happier more independent lives. To grow older in place (mostly where their roots are or where they chose to live in their twilight years) strengthening their links within the community moving through retirement to possible full time social care more healthily and happily. The time line between being 50+ to end of life can be as long as 40 years.
